At Actian, Jessie transformed fragmented products into a unified ecosystem, embedding intelligent experiences into workflows to simplify enterprise complexity and improve decision-making. At Google, she led UX strategy for Google Cloud Storage, helping organizations unlock the full potential of their data at global scale. As a founding member and Strategy Director at the Parsons Institute for Information Mapping (PIIM), she developed a human-centered approach to helping people understand information more effectively, make better decisions, and navigate complexity with confidence.
