Matija (Tia) Squire

Matija (Tia) Squire is a neurodivergent strategist, speaker, and inclusion specialist working at the intersection of design, innovation, and social impact. Diagnosed as Autistic and ADHD in her late 20s, Tia brings a lived perspective to her global work on neuroinclusion, drawing on a career that spans entrepreneurship, cognitive research, and systems change.

She currently leads global partnerships and programs at Untapped, working with tier-one organisations to build inclusive cultures, policies, and learning experiences. Her recent speaking engagements include the United Nations, SAP, Ubisoft, and AISA CyberCon. Tia’s work centres on redesigning systems to work for everyone – because true innovation begins at the edges.
