James sports a 25 year career in tech, spanning web dev, database design, monitoring & observability, automation at scale, cybersecurity & devsecops. Current obsession is continuous assurance (adding CA to CI/CD, sometimes first), monitoring risk and drift so humans can focus on less stressful things.

Outside work, James spends as much time as possible in the forest, bouncing between Stoicism and prepping for the apocalypse.
