Inga Pflaumer

Inga Pflaumer is a consulting CTO at Dropbear Labs, where she helps companies integrate AI into how their teams actually work. She brings fifteen years in engineering and more than a decade leading teams through startup and scaleup environments, most recently as Head of Engineering at Relevance AI, and before that at Immutable. Finalist of YOW! Women in Tech Competition 2017.

Inga is also an indie game developer and the author of published young adult novels – a combination that shapes how she thinks about creative tooling and who gets to build. She mentors extensively across the Sydney tech community.
