Lucas Arundell is an internationally-experienced design leader with over fifteen years of professional experience. Currently the General Manager of Design & Customer Research in the health tech space at Magentus, Lucas is energized by supporting designers to have the right environment to do their best work and by the plethora of “wicked” problems to solve in health. Having previously served a range of clients in EMEA as Design Manager at Bain & Company, he recognizes the importance of challenging traditional business thinking to create a space of collaboration, curiosity, and experimentation.
