Centre for Inclusive Design

Centre for Inclusive Design (CfID) is a not for profit working with government, private sector, and communities to design for those who have difficulty accessing and/or using products and services.

Inclusive design is a human centred or user centred design methodology providing a framework to understand the needs, wants, and limitations of potential users. This then, provides enormous potential for inclusive design to boost innovation to create better products and services, and experiences.

As a leader in inclusive design, practicing and promoting inclusive design thinking, CfID uses practical tools to harness the experience of exclusion to create products, services and experiences which are accessible to, and useful for, as many people as possible.
